During the probationary period: 4,000–5,500 depending on job grade; after confirmation of employment: base salary plus 1% commission

24–30 years old

 

Education:

Higher National Diploma or above

 

Experience:

Candidates with experience in freight forwarding sales who wish to transition to an administrative role

 

Core competencies:

Good analytical skills, ability to provide excellent customer service, and emotional intelligence when liaising with clients

 

Soft Skills:

Fluent communication skills and a strong ability to learn

 

Desirable Qualities:

Strong team spirit, quick thinking, and a meticulous and organised approach to work

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team in their work, maintain and follow up on existing client accounts, process orders and prepare reports;

2. Follow up on and effectively manage client resources on the company’s platform;

3. Communicate regularly with partner clients to establish good, long-term cooperative relationships;

4. Be responsible for entering client orders, handling dispatch anomalies, arranging logistics, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met;

5. Be responsible for client sales contracts, reconciling accounts with clients, and handling day-to-day communication and information exchange with clients;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by line managers on an ad hoc basis.

 

Job Requirements:

1. College diploma; sales experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred and may be given priority;

2. English proficiency sufficient to handle simple emails and documents (online translation tools are also available for reference);

3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, quick to react, meticulous and organised;

4. Previous sales experience is preferred (as the role primarily involves communicating with clients).
